Tiger-JD, currently based in Prague, Czech Rep. & Tokyo, Japan, jumping back and forth like an Aussie kangaroo, has been involved with AFL footy from the age of 10, from various perspectives:
* TV commentator (in Japanese) of AFL games and 3 Grand Finals in Japan (NHK, SPORTS-i)
* Founder and President of the Prague Tigers
* Founder of CAFA (Czech Australian Football Association)
* Unofficial promoter of AFL in Japan & Europe (CEE)
* Coach and player of the first Czech AFL footy team, planting the seeds for AFL footy in Czech Republic in mid 2000.
* Coach and player of the first Japanese AFL footy team
* Cofounder of Japan's AFL association (JAFA)
* Sponsor of Japan's AFL team's first tour to play in Australia
* Player in same highschool as Warwick Capper & David Rees Jones.
* No.1 MCG pie salesman as a kid :)
* and even has the Japanese kanji character "TIGER" in his name !
JD, a TV & media personality in Japan & the Czech Republic, CEO of $12m digital media company, he has always been passionate and deeply immersed in his love for AFL footy, striving to assist the AFL's international expansion, ... and of course another TIGER flag !
Goal for CAFA & The Prague Tigers: to field a team to take part in the next International Cup, and to form a European Cup.
